CANCELLATION POLICY: Unfortunately we have recently suffered a number of cancellations and no-shows. This affects both us and our customers, who may have missed the chance of a diary slot they would have liked. As a result, we now require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If this is not given, we require 50% of the treatment cost. For no-shows we require 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits are now non-refundable. We regret having to set this policy, but sadly we have been left with no choice.
